I HAD TO SHARE THIS GAME I REALLY DID. When Voltage shared the video on their youtube channel for this game I was not only excited because of the magic element but excited because some of the main characters looks like Tomoe from Kamisama Kiss!! When It actually came out this week I was so excited I downloaded it right away and played it right away! I NEVER EXPECTED THIS GAME TO BE LIKE THIS!!!!
Lets go through the basics quickly before I vomit out all my rainbow feels from all the excitement I have bottled up. Here is the opening movie.
Price and Layout: The Layout is unique but follows similar structure as “Metro PD: Close To You” I guess we will be looking at unique layouts for every game that comes out from now on. The theme and colours are so beautiful! Prices are as follows.
$3.99 CAD for Main Stories (12 chapters Plus 2 endings), includes 4 reward images.
$1.99 for Epilogues (3 chapters) includes one reward image
$2.99 (7 Chapters plus 2 endings) includes 3 reward images
One thing that has been updated in this versions layout is that there is a rewind button! This makes me happy because I love going back and immediately rereading things and I don’t like having to quit the story and having to start the chapter again to re-read. ESPECIALLY goes for this story and how it is because, Well I’ll get to that later. One thing about this game though, that it easily crashes when you try to multitask and jump to other apps. Not every single time like first gen Voltage apps but more so than the Second gen. But you’ll want to ignore everything else when you play this game anyways so it’s nothing really to worry about.
Music: I was moved with the quality of music that Voltage came out with for “Serendipity Next Door” Which topped my favourite Voltage game of all time when it came out. And because of that I was a bit disappointed in the music for “Metro PD” – it was good, just not my style. This games music tops all the others! I love it so much that I will leave the app open in my purse when I’m not playing and let the music play for me to listen to! The theme is very Asian inspired and every version of it they have in the game gives me so many beautiful feels! It totally makes game play even better and helps me get more emotionally involved in the story!
Characters/Art: Welcome to the most unique of characters in a voltage game. The sprites and the character designs are otherworldly are beautiful in every way! They all have many different forms: Human, Full Ayakashi ,and Casual Ayakashi. Each of them looking similar to their respective traditional Ayakashi stereotypes we see in animes – The characters I always fall in love with!
Miyabi: Kitsune Fox Demon =) HE REMINDS ME SO MUCH OF MY BELOVED TOMOE FROM KAMISAMA KISS! I love Miyabi! He is a typical Sneaky fox and is cocky and pushy! He is like a demon version of Shinobu from Serendipity next door whom is my favourite character of all time. He’s extremely forward and pushy and VERY perverted!!
Chikage: Tengu Crow Demon – Is a sexy kind version of Kurama from Kamisama Kiss. He is beautiful with his thick black hair, quiet and peaceful, he has this detached feeling to him and he never smiles. Although he is introverted he is a gentleman when it comes to treating women. =) Polar opposite of Miyabi.
Shinra: Oni Demon – Shinra seems to be the token younger character of the group. He is passionate, cute, easy to agitate and very easily excitable. He really gets strung along by the others sometimes and gets teased a lot.
Yukinojo: Snow Spirit – Very kind and intelligent. He is never aggressive although he does kindly scold the others and acts most like the adult out of everyone. He is mysterious and for some reason knows a lot about the human world, unlike the others. It is hinted that he knows a lot about women, but how and why is a complete mystery.
Kyoga: Wolf Demon – Same as our favourite wolf demon from InuYasha. Unlike his InuYasha counterpart this sexy wolf is older taller and looks like he has a lot of swag. He seems to be a lady’s man, and he refers to himself as hot-blooded in every sense of the word… His curly hair and his sexy goatee DRIVE ME CRAZY. I LOVE HOE SEXY HE IS! XD
Samon: Zashiki-warashi House Spirit – (Not included in the love interest list HOWEVER he seems likely that he will be added in later) Very kind and calm Priest of the shrine that your family own, you’ve known him the longest. He is always smiling and cheerful and very reliable and sweet. He is the most responsible of the bunch and takes care of you really well. He is the picture perfect cute best friend who lives next door. The type of guy I would love to marry. ~^_^~
Plot and Story: As of right now I’ve played Miyabi’s Main, Epilogue and Sequel and his are the only ones that are available at the moment. But OH MY GOD IS THIS STORY REALLY GOOD. I cannot say for the rest of the stories but Miyabi’s story in particular is VERY RACY!! – Something that has never been done in Voltage games before. According to the prologue you (as the main character) possess special blood that the demon world need to gain special powers and these Ayakashi have been sent to take you as a bride and bear a child! Already the plot has to do with sex! And I thought this was going to be another innocent and sweet voltage game but OH,HOHO~ I was pleasantly mistaken. Although it doesn’t get too graphic in nature, the main character gets into many sexual situations! The story is ultimately about love and romance yes, but adding in this extra spiciness as well as the danger of death at your door makes this game the BEST VOLTAGE GAME IVE EVER PLAYED. I’ve been kind of wishing for a long time that voltage would take a step in the direction that Solmare has done in “Ninja Love” and “Ninja Destiny”, without overdoing it AND MY PRAYERS ARE ANSWERED IN THIS GAME. It has just the right amount of sexiness in this game without overdoing it at all, and story wise everything fits in and makes sense. It also has been an emotional rollercoaster so far, on which I’ve felt so much love for Miyabi and felt my heart broken and cried. So in every other aspect to be honest this game delivers well.
I’ve played all of Miyabi’s routes twice already, back to back in one day. LOL. The only other time that has ever happened EVER was with Shinobu Narita in Serendipity Next Door. Get the game here On Google Play and here for iTunes App Store.
Finally I’m out of the hectic School semester! I’m really sorry for not posting the requests right way but I had already started this post already, so don’t fret! I’m not ignoring you guys! I’m just behind! Its been a really REALLY rough few months. I promise to try to not neglect this too much because I’m always ITCHING to write more for you guys and GUSH about these beautiful bishies and wonderful stories. The uniqueness of this game really pulled me in! It’s like a cross between “Love letter from Thief X” and “Seduced in the Sleepless City” jacked up with more adventure. Here’s the Opening Movie.
Price and Layout: Kissed by the Baddest Bidder is Free on the iTunes store and Google play. All the stories go by the standard voltage prices: $3.99CAD for main stories and sequels, $1.99CAD for Epilogues and $2.99CAD for Side Stories. This is in the newest style user interface which I like more than the second generation style. I find that these more recent games have more detail in their art as well. Every story (including all the epilogues and sequels) available to read the first chapter for free which is great. Similar to the Second generation, the story auto saves at the end of each chapter. Also similar to the First generation voltage interface there is a section where you can view all the images conveniently without having to scour through the characters chapter section. I’m glad they brought this feature back, I didn’t like searching for images. The only thing I find annoying is the sidebar that appears when you tap your finger too close to the right edge. It is the most convenient place for me personally to click to advance in the story without cramping my hand so it is a bit of a problem when I end up opening the side bar all the time.
Music: I love the music so much that I’ve downloaded the soundtrack and have been listening to it non stop ever since the game came out! Voltage has definitely upped its game with all the brand new releases. In this particular game the Jazzy style upbeat music really suits the casino and dangerous adventure vibes and coupled with the beautiful jazzy piano it makes a soundtrack that is good enough to even be used for mainstream TV. This definitely helped make game play more exciting and more emotional. The songs are so catchy that I cannot stop listening to them!
Characters/Art: Again Voltage has outdone itself bringing us such beautiful characters and wonderful art. They’ve stepped up their game even with the loading screens, and User interface. The characters in this game actually each remind me of the Japanese F4 from the J-Drama. Each of the Characters Sprites are drawn really well as usual and although it still hits the character standards that voltage sets in each game -The Tsundere, the ladies man, the Cold Quiet awkward one, the young mischievous one and the older one – I find that each character has a refreshing look (especially Mamoru! OH MAN, he looks so delicious!) and also have a very unique part to their personality.
Eisuke Ichinomya: Owner of the Casino Hotel Tres Spades. Personality-wise He’s the KING OF RUDENESS. Totally reminds me of an Older version of Tsukasa from F4 just not so stupidly clumsy. He’s got a mischievous side to him which is really exciting and refreshing. He’s not to mention HOT. He kind of reminds me of Kakeru from “10 days with my Devil” except the drawings are much better in this game. Every single one of his sprites is amazing ESPECIALLY the one with the mischievous smile.
Soryu Oh: Mafia Boss. Personality wise he’s cold and cruel and very strict. Personally at first glance he really isn’t my type, he wears his hair down sometimes which is REALLY sexy though. And he really grew on me. Especially with his hair down he reminds me of Li-Ren from Hanasakeru Sheishounen, just a little – but enough to make me gush.
Mitsunari Baba: Thief – The Modern Day Lupin! My FAVOURITE of the characters since the prologue. Personality totally reminds me of Tsukasa from F4 however his appearance looks like the Ji-Hoo Yoon from the Korean F4. He is a Cassanova, womanizer and is dangerously charming. His charming smile, devious eyes and his long hair drive me absolutely crazy. Everything about Baba is my type of man, At least in these types of games. Every single one of his sprites make me swoon like crazy.
Ota Kisaki: Famous Artist. The younger mischievous sexy blonde who reminds me a lot of Sojiro from F4. He likes to have fun and cause trouble especially together with Eisuke. He is friendly to a certain extent although he is very good at putting up a poker face and conning people with his charm. His looks remind me of Syo Kurusu from “Uta No prince Sama” but older and much taller. I imagine him to be talking with a similar voice as Hiro Shimono as well.
Mamoru Kishi: Scetchy Detective! I am so impatiently waiting for Mamoru’s route. His appearance reminds me of an older more rugged Tsukasa from F4. All I really know about him is that he smokes (yuck) and he acts like he is super lazy all the time, although I have a feeling that it’s just all an act. I really love his short curly Tsukasa style hair and his goatee is really sexy. His sprite is really cute especially when he smiles and weird enough looks away when he’s bored. Girls ya’ll know what I’m talking about when an asian guy can pull off the facial hair.
PLOT AND STORY:As of now I’ve been able to do all the Available stories as of today, which include the Main Story, epilogue, and Sequel of Eisuke Ichinomiya, Soryu Oh, and Mitsunari Baba. As always I will be doing reviews (when I get the chance) of each separate route. So, I’m just going to talk about the writing in general in this game. Just like in all the brand new Games such as, “My Two Bedroom Romance” and the latest release “Serendipity Next Door“ Each main story is a standard of 12 Episodes, with an additional Happy and Good ending. The Epilogues are as all voltage games 3 episodes with one picture, and the Sequels are 7 episodes long, with the 8th being split either into a Happy ending or Good ending.
With me having played many voltage games, it does seem like as the newer stories come out they have less episodes, with some of the older voltage games having sometimes up to 16 chapters in the main stories and most older voltage games having 10 chapters in the Sequels. However, as I read them I fell like the writing and story has not taken a toll at all by the “shorter stories”. I don’t usually time myself because I most if the time end up playing during random times of the day, but I feel that to make up for the lack of chapters each episode is a lot longer then the older voltage games. This feels true especially when I have to fast forward though a chapter when I need to catch up to where I’ve stopped if I haven’t stopped at a save point in the game.
Each Story is very rich and deep with amazing plot and I have not been once bored at any point in this game. I don’t feel like the plot is rushed either being constrained within a 12 Episode frame and I also feel like it goes along with a very good pace, where it is always stays exciting. I really enjoy these Slice of danger comedies that Voltage comes up with and honestly with every Release they seem to get better and better. And I really like how unique the concept of this game is.
By the Way I’ve Already started replaying these Routes over again, And doing so So soon after I’ve played them last already lets you know that these stories are worth their weight in gold.
I’m back again on a ‘Be My Princess’ rampage! After playing Joshua’s story and seeing Edward in it I had to play Edward’s story again. In the beginning, when I first played this game because of his role and his personality in the prologue( not to mention his striking good looks only second to Joshua), Edward was the one I was anticipating the most at the time. I’m not entirely sure why, but it possibly was because I was in a very different state of mind back then then I was now I was a little disappointed with how the story played out. It wasn’t my kind of story back then I guess. And as I was playing Prince Joshua’s story I was very compelled and captivated by Price Edward once again, and I thought to myself, “How on earth did I not enjoy Prince Edward’s story?” And thus I had to play it again especially now that everything in my life has changed and I am a completely different person compared to back then. I am extremely happy I did.
Prince Edward’s story like all others was purchased through the Be My Princess App for $3.99 CAD and is 16 chapters long with two endings. Your choices that you make in the story determine wether you get a ‘Good’ or “Happy” ending and they also determine how many of the 8 reward pictures and 15 emails are unlocked. Yes! I got 15 wonderful emails from Edward and Louis ^^~.
I really recommend that you only use my walkthrough as a last resort when you are frustrated and cannot get the happy ending. It is definitely more fun for you to play and work it out on your own first so you can feel more immersed into the story. But incase you need it, here is what I chose in oder to get my happy ending.
- Ask which ones are his favourite
- Go to the Opera
- I was deeply moved by the opera
- I’m Glad
- Ask for Louis
- Thanks for bringing me here
- Thank you very much
- Lend one by one
- I think so.
- Stay at the party
- it feels a bit like that
- Mr. Edward
- Don’t worry about me
- Yes, I was
- Yes I was with him.
- instinctively follow him.
- Go towards the Passage
- Thank you for everything
- What about prince edward
- Please return to the stage
- Leave immediately
- shall we find something to eat?
- Hesitate to pick up
- Return to your world
- Because we like each other.
- Believe that Ed will come for you
I honestly don’t know what I was thinking the first time around, when I played this story and didn’t enjoy it because I fell so hard and so in love with Edward this time that I was brought to tears quite a few times during the story. If I were to compare this story and Joshua as well to Edward I’d say I probably like Edwards story more. Edward is literally the Perfect Prince Charming. He is handsome kind, caring, loving, sexy, gentle and romantic. I personally love Joshua because his naive personality is cute as well as his flaws. But in Edward, I cannot find anything about him that I can even consider a flaw! Everything about him is exactly the way a perfect boyfriend or husband would be like in my opinion! The closest thing that comes to a flaw in my opinion is that he maybe too kind and too compassionate… BUT who are we kidding, that isn’t a flaw at all. This world is so filled with selfish assholes that no amount of kindness and compassion can make up for it from one person. He also is tall and is so beautiful, very manly and yet bishie at the same time.
The story itself is also amazing. Like Prince Joshua’s route there is a very shocking plot twist that happens but I won’t ruin it for everyone. But I want to note something very different about Prince Edward’s story that is probably unique to every other story out there, not just comparing the Be My Princess stories but a lot of other Otome games. This is the biggest reason why I loved this route so much, and why I am now declaring it to be my favourite route of all of my games. Most main stories in these games the conflict resides in the struggle between you and your crush. Meaning, you are not sure this person returns your feelings, or that other person is pushing you away despite his feelings towards you. It’s a struggle that results in at the very end that person confesses their feelings and yay, You finally at the end have a relationship. In Prince Edward’s story it is completely different. Edward right from the beginning knows that he loves you, and right from the beginning you slowly develop your relationship with him,and Edward NEVER doubts his feelings for you. In this story it is you and Edward, two people who are in love struggling against the world. You understand Edward’s feelings completely and he understands yours but it is the world that is trying to tear your love apart instead of the internal struggle between the two characters. It is also the guilt that you hold for each other “Is my love for them hurting them because of this conflict?”. This makes me feel confident that perhaps, Edward is the one character that loves the main character deeper than any of the other characters. At least thats what I felt.
That was such an overwhelming feeling of happiness because ultimately thats what everyone wants in a partner. We all want our partner to be truly and madly in love with us, to accept us and to be confident about their feelings towards us. We want a partner that is confident enough to say “I love this person” and mean it and say it to the world even though the world might not approve. It is literally a fairytale romance in my eyes. One that deep deep in all our hearts we hope that we find for ourselves even though we know that realistically real world relationships will never work that way. Are people nowadays capable of loving each other as deep and as throughly as this? In my case yes, I can and I have, but tragically was never returned fully in the same manner and after seeing many relationships easily go sour for me as well as my friends I’ve come to the conclusion that it doesn’t exist. It’s like Samantha says in Sex In the City, “The right guy is an illusion – you don’t understand that, you can’t start living your life. ”
Edward also gets top marks for having amazing reward photos and emails. Voltage nowadays with the newer games are getting ‘chincy’ (I donno if anyone uses this word anymore) with the emails, I got 15 Emails from Edward from this story and every one from him stole my heart away. In the last Voltage game I played I got 5, and that was from the newest game “Our Two Bedroom Story”. We don’t get as many as we did with the older voltage games. And like I’ve mentioned before, BMP has some of the best art if you compare all the voltage games, and Edward’s pictures are no exception. They portray how wonderfully romantic and handsome he is in all of them, and I always end up going back to using them as my phone wallpapers.
This is defiantly one of my Top Stories and Characters in the Voltage Game Collection. I would play this one over and over! And I definitely recommend this to anyone who is into stories about Fairytale Princes and True love!

Hello, hello! It’s been a few days since my last review! It has been a very crazy week but I’ve been itching to do this one. This time it’s a back track requested by one of the comments. And I’m glad I did this one, because it’s been a while since I played “Be My Princess” and I had forgotten how much I love these stories so much. This was one of the games I started with that made me fall in love with Voltage alongside “Love Letter from Thief X”. Joshua was originally my very first pick when I played this game the first time and he remains one of my favourites!
Joshua’s main story can be bought through the “Be My Princess” App for $3.99 (in Canada). Once in a while when new stories come out they will hold a sale but lately there haven’t been any. The story includes 16 chapters that can end two ways, a good ending and happy ending. If you get the Happy Ending you get to play the Epilogue which is one extra chapter with an extra reward picture without having to download or pay for it. This is one thing that is unique to “Be My Princess” compared to the other games. Unfortunately because it is still the old style Voltage game, It doesn’t come in an HD version for the iPad yet. Also unlike the new voltage games, you have to complete the game correctly from the beginning in order to unlock the Happy Ending. However this game’s main story is packed with 8 reward pictures including the one you get in the epilogue (which is more than any main story in any of the other games) and 10 emails! The drawing style for Be My Princess is very unique compared to the other games and is by far my favourite in terms of pictures and graphics.
So here is my walkthrough for how I got my happy ending. Both the first time and this time I got it in one go. I guess I am used to dealing with stubborn men. Try the game out for yourself first, and see what ending you get before resorting to the walkthrough. It ruins the fun if you aren’t choosing for yourself at least the first time around.
- I’m just a student
- Don’t blame me for a mistake you made!
- It’s sad that he thinks of it like that…
- Thank you for the blanket last night
- They all taste good. I can’t choose.
- Go to prince Joshua’s office
- Oh… really…?
- I’m not very hungry…
- It’s a rice ball.
- You came because you wanted to see me?
- It’s very silent all of a sudden.
- All right.
- Yes, they are.
- What indeed.
- That’s right…
- Try speaking to him.
- Thank you, everyone.
- Please go on with your meeting
- Offer it to him once more.
- No, not really…
- I’m sad that we only have one more week.
- I’m glad to have met you.
- Thanks for saving me just now.
- I can’t let you do this just because of me!
- Help Prince Joshua call out to Jan
- Yes. Thank you.
Joshua’s attitude is so cute! I had forgotten how lighthearted and romantic this game was till I played his story again. I played this story probably in January so it’s been almost a year and it was still just as exciting as the first time. I think even more so now… because I realized when I was playing that Joshua really reminds me of Rei Ryugazaki from the anime “Free! Iwatobi Swim Club” in his stubborn and easy to embarrass personality. It absolutely drives me crazy! With his incredibly sexy face and hair who wouldn’t fall in love with him? And definitely Jan is the most handsome and sweet of all the butlers by far. Putting those two together was the killer duo that made this story excellent.
The story itself was very heartfelt and entertaining and has an incredible ending. They really do a good job of making you feel like the main character and feel the emotion in you swelling when Joshua unknowingly does something sweet or unexpected. He really grows on you quickly in the story and it really keeps you on your feet and excited for more. There is also 2 mini love triangles that appear in this story which, as you all know if you’ve read my reviews – I LOVE LOVE TRIANGLES! MORE THAN A FAT KID LOVES CAKE! Every time another character comes around and says something romantic other than Joshua it makes me so excited that I wiggle and squeal – LOL. Don’t give me that look – you’ve done it before too I’m sure, either when watching anime or playing these games. I don’t remember if I was moved to tears the first time around but this time I wasn’t. It wasn’t an emotionally deep or dark enough of a story enough to reek havoc on my heart (Like Prince Edward’s route which I played again immediately after this one). Although the ending made me feel incredibly touched and in my opinion this is one of the happier of all the stories.
Like I said earlier we get 8 picture rewards from this route. Joshua’s pictures still strike me as the best pictures from any of the Main Stories from “Be My Princess” He’s just so handsome and the pictures are so very romantic~! Also the emails that he and Jan send to your email are all very detailed and heartwarming, I enjoyed reading every one. It really shows how cute Joshua can be.
I would definitely want to play this story over and over again and I’m happy I did this time around. Like a good movie I would never get bored of the fairytale romance that takes place in this story.

When you read it you’ll understand why!
Sashiburi Minna-san! Its been months since my last post and I apologize for that. My life has changed so much in these past 6 months that I haven’t been able to sit still and blog – ALTHOUGH I’ve desperately wanted to tell you all about all the games, cons, cosplays etc. that have been going on. I was requested to do this Review of this game which I haven’t covered yet because it came out after my last post which was when I started playing ’10 Days with my Devil’. Hopefully I’ll get around to the General Game review sometime, but Meh – who knows if that will happen. At the rate that Voltage is putting out games and stories now I barely have time to keep up! Not to mention that SOLMARE has put out 3 new paid games and 2 new Gree games!!! It’s an exciting time for otome-gamers now, the Genre’s popularity is booming!
The main story I purchased through the “Kiss of Revenge” App which i bought at the time (when it was released) for $3.99. At this moment there is a sale for $2.99 for Christmas but it will probably end any moment now so if you decide you want this story I suggest you buy it right away, after you read my review of course. I also purchased the Epilogue for $1.99 that same day. The Main story gives you 5 Reward Images, and the Epilogue gives 1. I got 3 mails in my mailbox right now. I’m not sure if the last one is from the epilogue or from the happy ending. I could have sworn the first time I did this story I got more emails. Either I didn’t get a few because of the decisions I made this time around OR it could have been the sketchy 3G signal I’ve been getting this past few days since we had this massive ice storm we had on Saturday. About 100,000 people lost power, cable and internet from broken power lines etc and many are still without power but ANYWAYS back to the less depressing stuff.
There is really no need for me to post a Walkthrough for the new style Voltage Games. Play it for yourself – don’t take the fun out of making your own decisions because it’ll just ruin the fun for you. The Main story is 16 Chapters long and there are two endings for this Main Story, Happy and Good. Your decisions determine the ending in the game but even if you get the Good Ending (which I don’t consider good at all ) You can choose to either try the game from the beginning again or just accept defeat and read the happy ending on its own. This is possible once you’ve unlocked and read all other chapters of the story. Also whats unique about this game compared to all other Voltage games is that there is a decision in all the stories in Chapter 8 to start “Another Story” which is a 8 chapter alternate ending to this main story. I won’t be covering that part in this Review because the story is just so different than this one it needs to be done in a different post. The Epilogue for this main story is 3 chapters long and only has one ending. So choose whatever you really feel like in that story and have fun with Issei. =)
Now onto the review. I won’t spoil things for you don’t worry. The nature of these kind of suspense stories rely on surprises and twists etc in order to make it enjoyable and I don’t want to take that away from you all so I will be very careful.
At this moment I’ve already played all available stories in this Game, which I can safely say places 3rd in my favourites list for Voltage Inc games. And I have to say that although I really enjoyed this story and I think Issei is really an amazing guy in general, comparing every character and story he stands as my second last favourite character in this game. Do not get me wrong, this is one of voltages masterpieces and I really love how heavy, dark and twisted this story became, and how beautiful the ending in the epilogue was. When I had first played this game I remember being in tears as I played it and my heart aching for Issei like I was really going through what MC was going through. And I thought at that moment that Issei’s story must have been the best one out of the 4, because of the complexity of the conflict and story and how through it was.
He’s the directors son – I thought it would be obvious to me that this would be the most involved story. And after Junpei’s story I still felt the same way. However when I got through Irie’s story I was shocked at how good that one was, that I wasn’t even looking forward to Kyosuke’s Story. Kyosuke seemed like such a unimportant side character in all the other stories but again, when I was able to play his story I was again in shock as to how much I loved it. And now that I’ve played this one again, although I do really like it, it kind of cuts short of Irie and Kyosuke’s story.
One reason for this is probably because Issei is just not my type. He is quiet and cold and doesn’t say much. He is ridiculously handsome but Irie’s looks in my opinion are absolutely perfection and no one in any of the other games can compare to him. He is honest and hardworking and very admirable, and just as romantic as the rest when it comes to his feelings, but it is expressed more in the situation and more of an innocent honest love then a passionate one. I’m a Yandere so I need things to be passionate and heated and almost overwhelming.
Despite this, if I have met a man in real life who was as admirable as Issei (and of course I had no one like Irie in my life) I would probably still fall head over heels with him because of how amazing he is as a person. He is sweet, kind and more compassionate than any real life person. You almost feel sorry for him because he is such a good person.
Plot-wise, it was a very impressive and dark story. It was very heavy which is extremely different than any of the other voltage games out there. “In your Arms Tonight” was also a darker more serious story but that still isn’t close to as complex and heavy these stories are.
Specifically in this story there was more feelings of confusion, guild, doubt, anger, and bitterness than happiness in this story (it is the nature of the premise after all). Going through all this as the Main Character they did a very good job of making you really emotionally involved in this story. I’m at a point in my life right now where I’ve been through some really rough life changing experiences so I’m honestly speaking that I’m far from being happy about my life and my situations right now. So the feeling of anxiety and sadness that I felt when I was going through this story were very similar to what I felt when I reflected on my own life. And like I’m doing in my own life, all I can do is push forward in the story till I get to the happy ending that I know is waiting for me. Which brings me to the only thing I don’t like about this story (It may be the same way in the other stories as well but I can’t remember at the moment). And this is why I included the Epilogue in this Review.
You don’t get a satisfactory happy ending unless you purchase the epilogue and read it immediately after the happy ending. The story in my opinion is not complete and is abruptly cut short unless you include the epilogue as part of the story. To put it bluntly, they put us as the MC through all this suffering and only give us maybe 30seconds worth of a feeling of happiness at the end of the main story, and the conclusion and closure we need to properly end the story doesn’t happen till the end of the epilogue. But as a whole, if you count the Main and the Epilogue as one full story, It is completely worth reading and together make a really great story. It just annoys me that you have to pay extra in order to be completely satisfied. (not that I wouldn’t buy them all, I mean I bought them all right away without hesitation. =_= its like an addiction)
As for the pictures, I love them all. If you have seen the screenshots or have downloaded the game and gone through the free prologue, you will know that the art style in this game is very different from all the other voltage games out there. I like this style of art which is more mature and realistic than the regular anime style characters (although it is still anime style) and all of Issei’s pictures are beautiful in that sense. He looks so innocent in all his pictures its very heartwarming and very rewarding. As for the emails, out of the 3 that I got I only had 2 from Issei, the one in the middle was from Kyosuke. But I liked the last one a lot it was very heartfelt and make me feel very loved and happy.
In general this story gets an A and I would love to play it again and again, After i get sick of Irie and Kyosuke of course. I’m happy as always that I purchased this story and I hope you will enjoy it too!

Saeki, Shun & I , The Overly Charming Family – Takamasa Saeki Main Story – My forged Wedding Season 2 – Walk through Review
I love My forged Wedding so I was really excited to find out that Season 2 Stories were starting to be available! One thing I wasn’t expecting is that each story is about you and your beloved Fiancé, and a child living together! Now this made me weary a little bit because I was hoping for another romance story, not a family story. Also, to be honest as I am physically getting older but am yet to experience the change in maturity that has accompanied most other people I know my age to settle down and start a family. So, a story about starting a family is something I can’t really relate to, and in all honestly frightens me. I had played Yamato’s story already, but although I enjoyed the story I was still frightened to start this one, (and I was still frightened after this one to start Rens!) I thought – as I do as well in my real life relationship when people ask me about marriage and children – “Why would we ruin such an amazing and exciting thing we have going on by bringing on such burden and responsibility as having a child…?” Frankly my boyfriend agrees although he seems to be thinking about it in the back of his mind sometimes.
My Forged Wedding Season 2 Stories are available in the original “My Forged Wedding” app that can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The story is found under third tab in the Sequel’s Section named “Season 2- Main Story”. I bought it for $3.99 CAD and it includes 15 Chapters of Story with two endings – Super Happy Ending and Happy Ending. You also get 6 reward pictures and I received 13 emails in my inbox from Saeki and other Characters in this story.
Here is my Walkthrough to the Super Happy Ending. This is just one way to get the Super happy ending, so Try it on your own first for fun and if you have trouble then you can try using my answers. It’s so much more fun playing it and seeing the ending you got then just following a walkthrough right from the get go.
- I’m fine
- I hope I will be…
- Should we ask for advise at LI?
- I won’t!
- Why dont you want to go to Paris
- I think hes cute.
- Are you going out. Saeki?
- Want to talk?
- Is it weird?
- Shun, he’s not mad.
- It’s hard being a child actor.
- You’re like Saeki, Shun,
- You did a good job.
- MAybe I’ll get in.
- Say ‘Ahhh!’
- About Shun…
- I’m Sorry.
- I have to go find him!
- I was so worried
- Speechless, you say nothing.
- Lie and say you’re his aunt.
- What’s it about?
- I couldnt stop reading it
- Hay, they’re not my taste!
- Maybe I should call him.
- Has Chiharu called you?
So like I said in the beginning I wasn’t sure If i was going to relate or actually even like this kind of story. And in fact when it started Saeki actually has the same kind of mentality as me when it comes to a Family. He prefer’s it be just the two of us. Children isn’t his specialty. And this is what triggered a revelation in me on why I like Saeki so much. I like him because (other than his terrible fashion sense) He is Exactly like me!! In almost every way and it made me like him even more. The way he emails/talks and puts “~” and “♪” and the way that he is so overly sweet and romantic and perverted. And how he’s always wanting to make out with MC. LOL.
I’M SO LIKE THAT WITH MY BOYFRIEND. EXACTLY LIKE THAT! I’m always trying to convince my boyfriend to kiss or make out hahaha and I think It kinda annoys him. It’s exactly like MC and Saeki! And Saeki seems to get very jealous of the cute Shun and how he take up all of MC’s time and seems to interrupt their alone time. I kind of feel that way about my boyfriends dog =_=*. I love Tofu (the dog) too but he always takes up my space in bed and he get spoiled a lot more than I do.
Anyways back to the story. As I had to take care and get to know Shun he really grew on me. I thought by the middle, if only having a kid was really like this, maybe I wouldn’t be so put off about having kids. And the story really grew on me. It helped that me and Shun had a good relationship unlike the other stories I’ve played that involved children such as Yamato’s Season Two and Chihaya’s Sequel. Shun didn’t make me want to rip my hair out and scream and burn the house down like those kids did.
It turned out be a very heartfelt beautiful sentimental story which I ended up loving. Because Saeki and I(as in Real life me) are on the same mindset I could relate to him and I really felt like I was growing inside just like he was in this story. This story definitely hit a home run with me and at points I was really crying, or laughing. It was very emotional and heartwarming story and I think it was so perfect. If I were to have a family I really hope to have a Boy lie Shun… and a Husband like Saeki – or perhaps a husband like MC since I am so much like Saeki LOL. That doesn’t sound too bad at all.
I loved every one of the emails I received from Saeki in this story. He is a whiter after all I guess. He is so romantic and cute and writes his emails like how I write my text messages to my boyfriend! It’s nice to receive those kind of messages once in a while instead of write them. My boyfriend isn’t as ridiculously romantic like Saeki and I, he does send me cute text messages once on a while but nothing too elaborate or overly romantic. The pictures though, I wasn’t wowed with. They are alright but, I don’t agree with the way they draw Saeki in his pictures. His Sprite is so handsome and I love every single one of his expressions but I feel like this pictures (this goes for all his pictures in all his stories) look like they were drawn by someone very different and they don’t do him justice at all. In my creative imagination he can be drawn in a much more handsome way. Now I feel compelled to draw him so I can prove my point.
This story was amazing and totally blew my expectations out of the water. I loved playing Mommy with Saeki as the Dad and I would definitely play this story over again because of the heart-warming moments in it. Ren’s Story came out last Night and although Ren is my Favourite character, I thought as i finished this story that it would be very very hard to top such a good story as this one because this one is excellent. However Ren’s story had a huge surprise that I wasn’t expecting at all that totally blew his story right out of this universe…
My Wedding to a Fun Arrogant Prince – Prince Keith Alford Second Sequel – Be My Princess Walkthrough Review
I guess I’ve been so busy that I didn’t even realize that some second sequels to this game were out! So when I looked and saw, Wilfred and Keith’s Wedding Sequels up I was ecstatic. I had called in sick for the weekend because I got a fierce cold and I have been coughing up a storm. So this was a great opportunity to lay in bed and play the sequels! I’m not a big fan of Wilfred so I picked Keith’s first.
Keith’s Wedding Sequel was purchased through the Be My Princess App in the Sequel’s section under the tab “Second Sequel”. I t cost me $2.99 for the 5 chapter story and depending on the choices you make it results on either a ‘Good Ending’ or a ‘Happy Ending’. You also receive a mini epilogue after the happy ending, 5 emails and 2 reward pictures.
It took me quite a few attempts to get the happy ending, for reasons I will give in the Review portion but eve after playing Wilfred’s Second Sequel I believe you have to get only one answer wrong or get ALL answers right to get the Happy Ending. So especially with the Technical errors in this Story it may be difficult for you to achieve a happy ending in the first few attempts.
Here are My answers.
- Thank you for coming to pick me up.
- That is a lovely dress
- You’re a good brother
- Leave it all to me
- Call him back
- Be honest
- I have a different dress.
is something definitely technically wrong with this whole story, which was really frustrating and disappointing. I cant quite explain it but it seems that perhaps the coding was messed up somehow and the timing for the questions, the script and the sprites are way off. The questions seem to pop up at the wrong time, and even after the answers come up; For example: the Script says… “Kerian: Thank you for coming to pick me up.” and then some other dialogue comes up then all of a sudden your given the Question:
- <What do you choose>
- A: Thank you for coming to pick me up.
- B: But I said you didn’t have to come.
It’s weird right? especially when It already said that you said “Thank you for coming to pick me up”. This happens for EVERY choice that you have to make in this story. Also at certain points it seems like the Dialogue is about 2-3 clicks ahead of the pictures/sprites. Roberto would be saying something but at that moment Glen and Joshua are on Screen. And the moment he’s done talking his Sprite is on-screen while Edward is talking. I really that something gets done to fix these problems in this story, because honestly I’ve never encountered so many big technical problems in any of voltages games before. And I would like to stress that it is a huge shame because the content and storyline is my FAVOURITE of all Be My Princess stories!
All those technical problems I was having I really enjoyed the storyline and Keith’s personality in this sequel especially. Although he is still quite arrogant and selfish he seemed as if he has grown a lot sweeter and happier and a lot more playful in this story. His merciless and cold insults that I liked before but still made me feel distant from him became much more playful and teasing in this story. You can tell that your relationship to Keith is getting more intimate and loving. The way Keith acts around me in this story makes me feel so happy, This kind of playful teasing and easygoing relationship is something that makes me feel really good inside, ESPECIALLY because it is with the usually angry and insulting Keith. The way the happy ending played out made me the happiest girl in the world! It the wedding was so perfect and Keith acted like the perfect husband in the end in my opinion. Even he can be a huge romantic!
His Emails were so adorable I don’t think I can even delete them and his pictures were both amazing as usual. They both stole my heart away, but this is expected of Be My Princess Pictures, they are the best picture of all the voltage games. Overall although this story’s coding or something needs to be fixed so that people can play it properly this route I definitely am happy with the story. I loved it to bits and its a shame that it has so many technical errors. I am pretty easygoing and was able to go through the whole thing without getting thrown off too much so I still enjoyed playing it, however I know there are others out there who wont be able to tolerate those kind of errors.
I loved this sequel so I hope that even though it is “broken” in a sense that if you like Keith’s story you will play this. It is his best story in my opinion and a few technical errors cannot change how much I really love This story!
