Sashiburi Minna-san! Its been months since my last post and I apologize for that. My life has changed so much in these past 6 months that I haven’t been able to sit still and blog – ALTHOUGH I’ve desperately wanted to tell you all about all the games, cons, cosplays etc. that have been going on. I was requested to do this Review of this game which I haven’t covered yet because it came out after my last post which was when I started playing ’10 Days with my Devil’. Hopefully I’ll get around to the General Game review sometime, but Meh – who knows if that will happen. At the rate that Voltage is putting out games and stories now I barely have time to keep up! Not to mention that SOLMARE has put out 3 new paid games and 2 new Gree games!!! It’s an exciting time for otome-gamers now, the Genre’s popularity is booming!
The main story I purchased through the “Kiss of Revenge” App which i bought at the time (when it was released) for $3.99. At this moment there is a sale for $2.99 for Christmas but it will probably end any moment now so if you decide you want this story I suggest you buy it right away, after you read my review of course. I also purchased the Epilogue for $1.99 that same day. The Main story gives you 5 Reward Images, and the Epilogue gives 1. I got 3 mails in my mailbox right now. I’m not sure if the last one is from the epilogue or from the happy ending. I could have sworn the first time I did this story I got more emails. Either I didn’t get a few because of the decisions I made this time around OR it could have been the sketchy 3G signal I’ve been getting this past few days since we had this massive ice storm we had on Saturday. About 100,000 people lost power, cable and internet from broken power lines etc and many are still without power but ANYWAYS back to the less depressing stuff.
There is really no need for me to post a Walkthrough for the new style Voltage Games. Play it for yourself – don’t take the fun out of making your own decisions because it’ll just ruin the fun for you. The Main story is 16 Chapters long and there are two endings for this Main Story, Happy and Good. Your decisions determine the ending in the game but even if you get the Good Ending (which I don’t consider good at all ) You can choose to either try the game from the beginning again or just accept defeat and read the happy ending on its own. This is possible once you’ve unlocked and read all other chapters of the story. Also whats unique about this game compared to all other Voltage games is that there is a decision in all the stories in Chapter 8 to start “Another Story” which is a 8 chapter alternate ending to this main story. I won’t be covering that part in this Review because the story is just so different than this one it needs to be done in a different post. The Epilogue for this main story is 3 chapters long and only has one ending. So choose whatever you really feel like in that story and have fun with Issei. =)
Now onto the review. I won’t spoil things for you don’t worry. The nature of these kind of suspense stories rely on surprises and twists etc in order to make it enjoyable and I don’t want to take that away from you all so I will be very careful.
At this moment I’ve already played all available stories in this Game, which I can safely say places 3rd in my favourites list for Voltage Inc games. And I have to say that although I really enjoyed this story and I think Issei is really an amazing guy in general, comparing every character and story he stands as my second last favourite character in this game. Do not get me wrong, this is one of voltages masterpieces and I really love how heavy, dark and twisted this story became, and how beautiful the ending in the epilogue was. When I had first played this game I remember being in tears as I played it and my heart aching for Issei like I was really going through what MC was going through. And I thought at that moment that Issei’s story must have been the best one out of the 4, because of the complexity of the conflict and story and how through it was.
He’s the directors son – I thought it would be obvious to me that this would be the most involved story. And after Junpei’s story I still felt the same way. However when I got through Irie’s story I was shocked at how good that one was, that I wasn’t even looking forward to Kyosuke’s Story. Kyosuke seemed like such a unimportant side character in all the other stories but again, when I was able to play his story I was again in shock as to how much I loved it. And now that I’ve played this one again, although I do really like it, it kind of cuts short of Irie and Kyosuke’s story.
One reason for this is probably because Issei is just not my type. He is quiet and cold and doesn’t say much. He is ridiculously handsome but Irie’s looks in my opinion are absolutely perfection and no one in any of the other games can compare to him. He is honest and hardworking and very admirable, and just as romantic as the rest when it comes to his feelings, but it is expressed more in the situation and more of an innocent honest love then a passionate one. I’m a Yandere so I need things to be passionate and heated and almost overwhelming.
Despite this, if I have met a man in real life who was as admirable as Issei (and of course I had no one like Irie in my life) I would probably still fall head over heels with him because of how amazing he is as a person. He is sweet, kind and more compassionate than any real life person. You almost feel sorry for him because he is such a good person.
Plot-wise, it was a very impressive and dark story. It was very heavy which is extremely different than any of the other voltage games out there. “In your Arms Tonight” was also a darker more serious story but that still isn’t close to as complex and heavy these stories are.
Specifically in this story there was more feelings of confusion, guild, doubt, anger, and bitterness than happiness in this story (it is the nature of the premise after all). Going through all this as the Main Character they did a very good job of making you really emotionally involved in this story. I’m at a point in my life right now where I’ve been through some really rough life changing experiences so I’m honestly speaking that I’m far from being happy about my life and my situations right now. So the feeling of anxiety and sadness that I felt when I was going through this story were very similar to what I felt when I reflected on my own life. And like I’m doing in my own life, all I can do is push forward in the story till I get to the happy ending that I know is waiting for me. Which brings me to the only thing I don’t like about this story (It may be the same way in the other stories as well but I can’t remember at the moment). And this is why I included the Epilogue in this Review.
You don’t get a satisfactory happy ending unless you purchase the epilogue and read it immediately after the happy ending. The story in my opinion is not complete and is abruptly cut short unless you include the epilogue as part of the story. To put it bluntly, they put us as the MC through all this suffering and only give us maybe 30seconds worth of a feeling of happiness at the end of the main story, and the conclusion and closure we need to properly end the story doesn’t happen till the end of the epilogue. But as a whole, if you count the Main and the Epilogue as one full story, It is completely worth reading and together make a really great story. It just annoys me that you have to pay extra in order to be completely satisfied. (not that I wouldn’t buy them all, I mean I bought them all right away without hesitation. =_= its like an addiction)
As for the pictures, I love them all. If you have seen the screenshots or have downloaded the game and gone through the free prologue, you will know that the art style in this game is very different from all the other voltage games out there. I like this style of art which is more mature and realistic than the regular anime style characters (although it is still anime style) and all of Issei’s pictures are beautiful in that sense. He looks so innocent in all his pictures its very heartwarming and very rewarding. As for the emails, out of the 3 that I got I only had 2 from Issei, the one in the middle was from Kyosuke. But I liked the last one a lot it was very heartfelt and make me feel very loved and happy.
In general this story gets an A and I would love to play it again and again, After i get sick of Irie and Kyosuke of course. I’m happy as always that I purchased this story and I hope you will enjoy it too!

My Wedding to a Fun Arrogant Prince – Prince Keith Alford Second Sequel – Be My Princess Walkthrough Review
I guess I’ve been so busy that I didn’t even realize that some second sequels to this game were out! So when I looked and saw, Wilfred and Keith’s Wedding Sequels up I was ecstatic. I had called in sick for the weekend because I got a fierce cold and I have been coughing up a storm. So this was a great opportunity to lay in bed and play the sequels! I’m not a big fan of Wilfred so I picked Keith’s first.
Keith’s Wedding Sequel was purchased through the Be My Princess App in the Sequel’s section under the tab “Second Sequel”. I t cost me $2.99 for the 5 chapter story and depending on the choices you make it results on either a ‘Good Ending’ or a ‘Happy Ending’. You also receive a mini epilogue after the happy ending, 5 emails and 2 reward pictures.
It took me quite a few attempts to get the happy ending, for reasons I will give in the Review portion but eve after playing Wilfred’s Second Sequel I believe you have to get only one answer wrong or get ALL answers right to get the Happy Ending. So especially with the Technical errors in this Story it may be difficult for you to achieve a happy ending in the first few attempts.
Here are My answers.
- Thank you for coming to pick me up.
- That is a lovely dress
- You’re a good brother
- Leave it all to me
- Call him back
- Be honest
- I have a different dress.
is something definitely technically wrong with this whole story, which was really frustrating and disappointing. I cant quite explain it but it seems that perhaps the coding was messed up somehow and the timing for the questions, the script and the sprites are way off. The questions seem to pop up at the wrong time, and even after the answers come up; For example: the Script says… “Kerian: Thank you for coming to pick me up.” and then some other dialogue comes up then all of a sudden your given the Question:
- <What do you choose>
- A: Thank you for coming to pick me up.
- B: But I said you didn’t have to come.
It’s weird right? especially when It already said that you said “Thank you for coming to pick me up”. This happens for EVERY choice that you have to make in this story. Also at certain points it seems like the Dialogue is about 2-3 clicks ahead of the pictures/sprites. Roberto would be saying something but at that moment Glen and Joshua are on Screen. And the moment he’s done talking his Sprite is on-screen while Edward is talking. I really that something gets done to fix these problems in this story, because honestly I’ve never encountered so many big technical problems in any of voltages games before. And I would like to stress that it is a huge shame because the content and storyline is my FAVOURITE of all Be My Princess stories!
All those technical problems I was having I really enjoyed the storyline and Keith’s personality in this sequel especially. Although he is still quite arrogant and selfish he seemed as if he has grown a lot sweeter and happier and a lot more playful in this story. His merciless and cold insults that I liked before but still made me feel distant from him became much more playful and teasing in this story. You can tell that your relationship to Keith is getting more intimate and loving. The way Keith acts around me in this story makes me feel so happy, This kind of playful teasing and easygoing relationship is something that makes me feel really good inside, ESPECIALLY because it is with the usually angry and insulting Keith. The way the happy ending played out made me the happiest girl in the world! It the wedding was so perfect and Keith acted like the perfect husband in the end in my opinion. Even he can be a huge romantic!
His Emails were so adorable I don’t think I can even delete them and his pictures were both amazing as usual. They both stole my heart away, but this is expected of Be My Princess Pictures, they are the best picture of all the voltage games. Overall although this story’s coding or something needs to be fixed so that people can play it properly this route I definitely am happy with the story. I loved it to bits and its a shame that it has so many technical errors. I am pretty easygoing and was able to go through the whole thing without getting thrown off too much so I still enjoyed playing it, however I know there are others out there who wont be able to tolerate those kind of errors.
I loved this sequel so I hope that even though it is “broken” in a sense that if you like Keith’s story you will play this. It is his best story in my opinion and a few technical errors cannot change how much I really love This story!
Shota is so cute! I am not usually into the cute loli-shota characters and because he looks so adorable and young its hard to picture me actually taking him seriously in an office or work environment. I’d probably end up patting him on the head a lot and saying “good boy” all the time, like a cute younger cousin. This is why I played his character last (And why I usually pick the cute younger characters last in these games) – Last of all the available characters at the moment.
Like the other voltage games, this story was purchased through the Game App itself. I bought it for 3.99 though iTunes. This story was 15 chapters long with a normal and good ending. The ending that you get depends on the choices that you make in the game. The story includes 2 rewards pictures and a bunch of emails to your inbox from the characters from the game.
- I dont have a boyfriend.
- Did you tell Mr Goda?
- I guess I have to kiss him…
- I do want to know
- It’s going okey
- I’ll call him now.
- We can do both.
- I’ll Definitely go!
- Let’s Look.
- We got lost.
- I’ll stay
- Ask him about it
- Ask him what dream.
- There must be something we can do!
- I don’t know.
- Meeting time.
- I cant compare you two.
- Say it’s ok.
- I don’t remember
- I’m just emotional
- Stay with Shota
- You dont have to ask
- Tell them to Stop joking
- Get really mad
- Ask Why.
- Go with him.
I can’t help imagine Shota being shorter than me. Now I’m not saying I’m tall, because then I do say I’m tall people laugh at me. I’m 5 foot 2 , and a FULL THREE QUARTERS. I’m almost 5’3! As a Filipino/asian woman – I’m tall-ish. A lot of the asian guys I know are the same height as me or shorter. The taller ones are a maximum 5’6. My boyfriend is 5’6 which is a great height but only when I’m wearing flats. I wear my nice platform stilettos and I have to bend over a little to kiss him. I don’t mind it, HOWEVER, I’ve always wanted to feel “Tiny.” Like, have a guy tower over me, and be able to pick me up in his arms easily without complaining that I’m big or hard to carry (I’m slim so I’m not heavy). I have a thing for Characters like that, like Gaia (A Knights Devotion), or Mori (Ouran High school Host CLub) and Edwardo (Pirates In Love) OH AND Sasuke (Shall We Date:Ninja Love). So every time in my imagination I imagined myself talking to Shota, he was always the same height as me. (Is that weird?) And It kind of put me off, in the beginning.
When It comes to Shota’s personality he’s an amazing and unique guy! His persistence and enthusiasm reminded me of Sasuke from Shall we date Ninja Love, except a lot shorter, less rugged and in a suit. Also, because Shota is not from Japan and is from europe he is much more touchy feely in his passion with me. He is more honest and open than reserved, especially in front of other people. As I grew up in North America we are used to hugging, kissing, and stuff like that is no big deal, and that’s what I like and what I’m comfortable with. Sometimes in these games, because they are from Japan, and like this one is based in Japan the characters can be way too reserved for me to be comfortable with when it comes to intimate relationships. “OMG he’s holding my hand” – big deal, what are we, in high school? Is what I’m thinking sometimes. In fact I’d probably be accused of sexual harassment if I liked a guy out in Japan lol. I’m one who doesn’t feel comfortable in a good relationship without the intimate security of physical contact, like hugging and little kisses, holding hands etc. I very much liked how Shota was a bit more similar in this way to my type of relationship partner than most characters in these games.
I enjoyed the story a lot too. It had a great impact, climax and wasn’t boring. Shota’s 2 pictures were ok, The first one was too cute for me to like so much, but the last one was amazing. I really loved it (AND he is taller than me in that picture, hahaha) . Again, it disappoints me that there are only two pictures in this game per character. His emails are so-so. They don’t really have that much of an exciting romantic flair to them that I would like. They are more like pen-pal emails than office lovers emails.
I enjoyed playing this game, The happy ending was great and when I played the normal ending it actually made me sad! It interests me enough to play it again eventually which is always good, so I can get lost of fun for my money!
This game came out the week of the anime convention, so when I exhausted from sewing I was playing the game. I was really excited to play this game because it looks so good! It’s the first game that voltage has come out with a sexy animation opening! I really honestly watch it without skipping it every time i open the game. I love it! Like all other voltage games the app is FREE to download for Apple and Android devices and the Prologue is free to play. It is unavailable for any other platforms other than iOS or Androids. Main stories are then $3.99 each and Epilogues $1.99 each.
So far my impression of this game is very good. I’ve played it both on my iPhone and my iPad and the game obviously is exactly the same, and the iPad version takes up the full screen and the colours and everything are beautiful crisp and in hi-def.
Layout: The game is in the new ‘swipe’ style layout that we see in “My Sweet bodyguard” and “A knights Devotion” So indeed it has the same pros and cons as those other two games. I’m happy that It doesn’t crash every time I change screens however I do get stuck once in a while in a buggy loop in some stories which I can’t get out of without exiting the game. Its annoying, like those episodes in the second season of ‘The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” . If you watched it you’d totally know what I’m taking about. HAHA.
Drawings & Sprites: The drawings in this are some of the best I’ve seen in voltages games. I really like the style they used in this one, It’s a little bit different in the usual, and It seems like they have used new artists for this one. I like how ALL the characters look in this one, they all have their own kind of sexy unique flair and they don’t look too similar to other voltage characters. The way the Sprites smoothly blend into the background with no choppy outlines is good too, I was annoyed with the older voltage games because of the ugly white outlines.
Music: At first I thought the music was like cheesy elevator music. However, as I went though playing the game the music actually ended up penetrating my heart and now I love listening to it while I’m playing. One thing I don’t like about this game is that the music doesn’t go on seamless loops like most of the other games do. It always fades in and fades out which really annoys me. the only other game I know does that is “In Your Arms Tonight”.
Concept: The storyline concept is interesting. It is a more realistic approach compared to most other voltage games, such as “A Knights Devotion”, “Be My Princess” and “Love Letter from Thief X”. I find it a more lighthearted version of “In your arms tonight” Realistic and sweet but you don’t have the heavy burden of a divorce and cheating husband weighing you down. I like how it has something to do with fashion too somewhat, It’s an interesting job that MC has. I’d kill to have a job like that – Be in the fashion industry surrounded by hot guys? What girl wouldn’t.
Rewards: I love the drawings, they are some of the best I’ve gotten in voltage games. HOWEVER, unlike all the other voltage games we get only 2 pictures per main story!!! That was a huge disappointment. I was 8 chapters into Junya’s story and I thought i was doing terrible because I only had one picture so far and I got it in chapter 5 or 6… So I did some googling and i found out that there was only 2 pictures per story. Also for Toranosuke’s pictures, they used the pictures from the beginning movie for his. they were nice pictures but it was also the excitement of the surprise the pictures gave me which made the games exciting. It’s kind of disappointing if I’m missing that surprise. We get the good amount of cute sweet emails but that still doesn’t make up for the fact that there aren’t enough reward pictures.
OVERALL: I enjoy playing this game. I prefer even with my regular video games, and fiction books to have something either Supernatural/Fantasy/Sci-fi, in it but although this is a realistic story it is very good and I really enjoy how beautiful the music and drawings are. And so far I’ve played 3 characters and I love all their stories. I cant wait for the other Characters to come out. I just wish It had more Reward pictures!
Move Over Brad Pitt! My Lover is a International Superstar!- Yuzuki Kitaoji Sequel – Seduced in the Sleepless City – Walkthrough Review
Its been a while since I posted a Walkthrough Review. I’ve been playing but I’ve had so many things to do for ShrimpFever and my other job. Because of AnimeNorth I’ve been focusing on getting those pictures and videos up – which I still haven’t finished! XD I was going through my pictures and I realized that I didn’t have the happy ending picture for Yuzuki Kitaoji’s Sequel. I was in the middle of playing Noel’s Sequel but I had to stop because I wanted that picture so bad. Yuzuki is the most handsome of all the characters in my opinion in this game.
The sequel I bought from the Apple Appstore Through the ‘Seduced in the Sleepless City’ game app itself. It was $3.99 for 10 chapters, 3 reward pictures and emails from the sexy and talented Yuzuki. There are two endings – a Good and a Happy Ending. The choices you make in the story determines the ending you achieve and the amount of pictures you unlock and what email you get for the final chapter.
Here is the answers I used in order to get my Happy Ending. There are different ways to get it so please have fun and try it on your own first and come back to this if you end up having trouble.
- It’s been so long
- When can you come back again
- Yeah, That’s true
- If we understand each other, then yes
- Ask for their advice
- I’m here for both business and pleasure
- That wasn’t my intention
- It was fun
- It’s not anything you can use as content.
- Yes, I will.
- I had to work late.
- I feel bad
- nothing happened with him
- What are you trying to do
- Just call his name normally
I love the way Yuzuki is so in love with me and the way he expresses his love. His sprite is always so handsome too. The storyline in this sequel was good, It reminded me a little bit of Yuta’s Sequel from ‘My Forged Wedding” but with a different twist to it. That sequel of Yuta’s BTW was my favourite sequel of all time, in all voltage games so far. It still beats this one, however this one does have its good points. there were quite a few unexpected things that happened that were exciting, and we get a bit of a feel of a love triangle in this one as well. I LOVE BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF LOVE TRIANGLES in these games. I avoid them in real life obviously because I really don’t want to hurt or be hurt emotionally by people and it just gets way to complicated. BUT, in these games I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!
There is a big lesson in this story that needs to be learnt by the both of us in order for our relationship to have survived and I believe it is a very important lesson. I had to go through that lesson in my own relationship with my boyfriend and it is actually something that can make or ruin a relationship. I liked how this story kind of played into that important aspect of relationships. I wont mention it because I feel like It will ruin the eureka moment you get at the end, so you will have to read it in order to understand. I think this (and the triangle of course!) was what made me like this story so much.
pictures are ok for this story. To be honest I didn’t like them much, however it was what I expected. The pictures for this game aren’t as good as the other Voltage games. They weren’t hideous, but the style in which they draw the pictures doesn’t wow me. I got 4 emails which were cute and I liked them a lot. =) I like this story enough to play it again, so I know that definite Yuzuki fans will love this. I am a Yuzuki fan after all haha. He is second to the sexy and weird Chihaya.
My Love’s Sadistic Love Story – Ryoichi Hirose Sequel – Seduced in the Sleepless City – Walkthrough Review
This week its a double feature on Ryoichi! YAY! I did his main route last post, and here’s his sequel. It came out a week or two ago and I purchased it right away because I remembered liking his main story as well. Oh and who could forget his video feature Voltage did on their YouTube channel. That was a waterfall of nosebleed from thousands of Otomes everywhere.
I got it for $3.99 as always and it was 10 chapters long with a good and Happy ending. It also rewards us with 3 beautiful pictures of Ryo and a bunch of very cute emails.
Heres my happy ending walkthrough, If you end up having a hard time getting it, you can use this to get your happy ending =)
- Seduce him with my touch.
- I want to read it as a fan.
- I wouldnt mind being deceived by you.
- It’ll be fine in your hands.
- I go with it.
- You’re so gentle i melt.
- Thanks for thinking about me.
- something healthy
- get other people help.
- You don’t need to say anything.
- That’s not like you.
- cheer him up.
- I’m jealous of Rikako’s brother.
- I will.
- I do.
- Take Action anew.
- Yes, I saw it.
I wasn’t as fond of this route as I was for the Main Story although all the components for the Grade A Route were there. The story had great progression and I liked the theme of the story a lot. It wasn’t boring and I like how it was concentrated on personal growth through Ryo’s struggle to be true to his desires and still achieve success. Our growth in the relationship throughout the story was interesting as well, as well as my struggle to try to support him as I was. It was a very cute and touching story.
The fatal flaw in my case is Ryo’s nature towards me. The teasing to be exact. I liked how he was kind of teasing in the first story but in this one it’s a full on teasing fest! Not that its a bad thing in general, but in my case, I can only have so much. Coupled with Ryo’s hairstyle, his teasing style made him resemble my Ex-Boyfriend (The one who is lazy like Shion, I don’t have very many ex boyfriends, in case you’re wondering). While I was playing I was like “UGH, I remember when he said something like that to me.” or “URGH, he totally did that to me too…” It was the biggest buzz-killer EVER. Couple that with the Shion-like laziness…and I can’t even understand why I was with that guy for 9 years… It’s been 6+ years since we broke up, and still when I happen to be around him or talk to him I still feel like I haven’t been apart from him long enough. I could write a compilation of books just complaining about this guy – I don’t know what I was smoking to like someone like him… IT MAKES ME ANGRY JUST THINKING ABOUT IT…ANYWHO…
I Ryo’s pictures and emails are very cute though even though there were only a few. He is sweet and honest writing style is less teasing in his emails. I would play this one again, even though Ryo is a buzz kill in this one, because at least there is a part to him which I really admire in this. He really follows his heart even though it’s a struggle and its difficult, and he does whatever it takes to do and get what he wants. Which is something my EX didn’t do and would never do because if it required too much effort to follow his dreams or pursue success then it wasn’t worth trying or getting hurt over. If honestly he was more like Ryoichi in this story maybe I would have stuck around longer.
To he honest even though Ryoichi is a big tease, is a big pervert and always has me wrapped around his finger and tires me out with his demanding personality – he is really someone to admire. He has strength, courage, and the balls to do what he wants when he wants and be a successful at it. That is my honest opinion. I’d just cry inside and hope that at least once a week he’d be nice and give me a break from all the teasing… T_T
He Wrote Me Into His Love Story – Ryoichi Hirose Main Story – Seduced in the Sleepless City – Walkthrough Review
I read this story quite a while ago and someone requested me to do a post on it, so here it is. =) Thank you for Reading my Blog! It makes me very happy to know there are people out there who like reading it. I bought Ryo’s story last out of all the other Sleepless characters. Why? Probably because I wasn’t a big fan of his appearance and he didn’t leave a good impression on me in the Prologue, well not as much as Chihaya, and Mirai at least.
To play this story you can buy it off the educed in the Sleepless City App for $3.99. It includes 16 chapters with a Good and a Happy ending which is decided through your choices made in the story. You also get 5 Pictures of Hirose from this story and a whole bunch of emails from him as well.
Here are my choices that produced a happy ending for me:
- Thank you
- That’s right
- Well, excuse me.
- There’s a benefit
- you can expect good things *I REALLY didn’t want to pick this one. But I had to be a good girl…to get a happy ending.
- all right
- I’m jealous
- not as a romantic partner
- Cute younger guys
- that’s too much.
- How’d you know
- is this your girlfriend?
- who was your past partner?
- it was fun
- He’s not a swindler.
- I’m fine with you Ryoichi
- i like it
- please do
- it was fun
- I do
- I don’t know about this…
- im your editor in charge.
- I love him
- are you serious
- okay just a little
Ryoichi is really … something else. He’s sexy, arrogant, and totally rude 90% of the time to MC. I know how it really feels to be pulled along that pace… after all I felt the same way about my current boyfriend when I met him 6 years ago. His personality is different from Ryo’s – Ryo is more of a Pretty boy Rich Dude, while my BF is more of a Brute….HAHA! I can’t think of any other word to describe him. I was treated roughly the same, Pulled along at his pace, which was exciting but very tiring, and suffered unbelievable amount of teasing. I guess I’m a sucker for these types, even though It annoys me to the core. It’s after I get to know them more I realize that they are actually really sweet guys whom a lot of other people really misunderstand.
Although Ryoichi isn’t specifically my most favourite character in terms of personality and style I do really like him and his story. His Sprite has some very sexy, and cute looks, and his blushing face is priceless. You don’t see it often but Its a treasure when you do! His story has everything! A love triangle (could even count as a love square), dates with multiple characters, trips overseas – It was really fun. The way that the story and relationship progressed with me and Ryo was good and there were points where I had a lot of fun reading. However, It wasn’t a, “OMG, IM GOING TO FAINT THIS IS SO AMAZING!!” kind of story for me, although I would read it again once in a while. I really liked how Ryo would get subtly jealous of Yudai more towards the climax of the story. This story was really Dramatic and had a lot of twists so it was a very exciting read from beginning to end. And I seriously have some flashbacks of me and my boyfriend when we first started dating because some of the things Ryo would do were so similar. And when you end up realizing the depth of Ryo’s feelings you cant help but feel really happy and touched that even the third and forth time around I teared up. It was a really great ending to an exciting story.
Ryoichi’s pictures were good, his looks are not my type though so they didn’t really make my heart stop. I guess I’m picky like that. And for a writer he’s got some good emails, and he’s a tease in them as always, but he is also very sweet and more honest of his feelings in his emails then he is face to face with you. So you get to see another side of him in his emails as well which is great.
Overall, this story gets an A- grade from me. Why the minus? because I’m picky and I think that they could have made Ryoichi’s pictures a little more sexy or captivating but that’s my opinion. I’m more of a sucker for guys who look like Takudo, Eduardo, Ren, or Shion I guess, the Blond or flowy type hair… Im a sucker for nice hair, and Ryo’s hair is kinda flat. HAHA. Anyways, Ryoichi is the most popular though, of all Voltage Characters in Japan and I can totally understand why.
I was going to end this post with a picture of Ryoichi’s beautiful Blushing face… but I won’t. You’d have to see it for yourself!
